This summer Hayes Barton UMC launched a Vision Process to discern how God is calling us to worship, grow, and serve in our next season. In September, we started the listening phase of this process. Nearly 200 individuals participated in a listening session, speaking into our visioning efforts. Thank you! 
 
In the listening sessions, we heard your joys, frustrations, and dreams for our community, and you were able to listen to each other. The variety of viewpoints shared has laid the groundwork for a season of renewal, growth, connection, and impact.
 
As a next step, the Vision Committee seeks your participation in our church-wide survey. We want your feedback on the strengths, challenges, and opportunities you see for Hayes Barton, now and in the future. We are seeking survey feedback from every member, even if you have already participated in a listening session. The survey provides an opportunity to rate different aspects of Hayes Barton and provide additional feedback. In this survey we are also testing different themes we heard during our listening sessions. If you are someone who calls Hayes Barton home, we need your feedback!
 
The survey is voluntary. You may choose to skip any item you do not wish to answer. Your feedback is important and will remain anonymous unless you share contact information for possible follow-up. The survey will likely take 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
